YN-B705 Fiber Reinforced Polymer Film-Based Self-Adhesive Asphalt Waterproof Roll



Product Introduction
YN-B705 is a new upgraded product based on our star product, the "GTS" high-performance waterproof roll. It is a rollable sheet waterproof material made of high-performance self-adhesive modified asphalt as the bonding and sealing layer, with an anti-tear fiber reinforced layer on the upper surface, a high-polymer high-strength film in the middle, and a peelable silicon-coated release film on the lower surface.


Product Features
  1. High tensile strength and tear resistance, wrinkle-resistant and anti-slip. The high-strength film exhibits excellent dimensional stability, strong UV resistance, and outstanding high and low temperature resistance. The surface is reinforced with fibers, providing superior tear resistance and anti-slip properties.
  2. Self-sealing lap edges, preventing curling. The combined effects of physical mortise and tenon connections and chemical reactions enable the roll to effectively integrate with the building structure, jointly resisting the influence of the external environment and ensuring reliable and long-lasting adhesion.
  3. Prevents water seepage and, at the same time, compensates for the insufficiency of rigid waterproofing in concrete, achieving a dual waterproof effect that combines both rigidity and flexibility.
  4. Can be installed using wet laying and self-adhesive methods.


Precautions

Scope of Application
It is suitable for non-exposed surfaces, indoor projects of various buildings, as well as waterproofing projects such as open-cut subways, tunnels, ponds, and canals. It is particularly suitable for waterproofing projects where open flames are not allowed, waterproofing projects (tear-resistant), slope roof waterproofing projects (anti-slip), and projects involving composite construction with waterproof coatings (coatings used on the surface).

Construction Process

Wet Laying Method:

  1. Base layer cleaning
  2. Prepare adhesive layer
  3. Treat special areas
  4. Apply adhesive layer
  5. Lay waterproof membrane
  6. Overlap membrane seams
  7. Fix vertical ends
  8. Seal edges with sealing material
  9. Organize inspection and acceptance
  10. Apply protective layer

Self-Adhesive Method:

  1. Base layer treatment
  2. Reinforcement layer construction
  3. Large-area construction
  4. Air evacuation and compaction
  5. Closed water test
  6. Apply protective layer


Storage and Transportation
  1. This product can be transported by general transportation methods. During transportation, it should be protected from rain, exposure to sunlight, freezing, and packaging damage.
  2. The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool place.
  3. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of the product is at least 12 months from the date of production.
