Product Introduction
YN-C882 High-Adhesion Anti-Slip Waterborne Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating is a single-component waterproof coating made from asphalt and rubber emulsion as the main components, with the addition of various functional additives. When used in combination with modified asphalt waterproof rolls, this product exhibits excellent adhesion and strong resistance to shear slippage deformation, making it suitable for use in vertical walls in combination with rolls. It is particularly suitable for mechanized spray application.
Product Features
High bonding strength between the coating and the substrate, as well as between the coating and the rolls, with strong anti-slip capabilities on vertical surfaces; single-component material: convenient and fast to apply, ready-to-use upon opening, no heating required, can be brushed or sprayed, ensuring efficient and convenient construction; water-based product with no solvents, cold application, safe and environmentally friendly; high product elongation, effectively resisting cracking and deformation caused by substrate stress; easy to apply a thick layer for vertical surfaces with fast drying speed, allowing construction on damp substrates, saving construction time.
Transportation and Storage
- During transportation, prevent exposure to rain, sunlight, pressure, and collision, and ensure that the packaging remains intact.
- The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and cool place to prevent direct sunlight. The storage temperature should not exceed 45°C.
- Store flat, with a stacking height not exceeding five layers. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents.
- Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 6 months.
Scope of Application
- It is suitable for waterproofing industrial and civil building projects and concrete roofing projects. When used in combination with self-adhesive rolls or hot-melt rolls, it forms a "coating + roll" composite waterproofing system.
